Who Will Receive a $300 Payment on May 31 as Part of the Relief Rebate Programs?

Even though the federal government no longer sends out stimulus checks, several states continue to make such payments to low-income residents. Delaware is one such state, with a one-time $300 check being distributed this May.

The 2022 Delaware Relief Rebate Program was approved by the legislature on April 14 and signed into law by Governor John Carney.

The plan is to send a one-time $300 check to anyone who filed a 2020 tax return in the state, with the money expected to arrive in mailboxes by the end of this month.
