2022 – 4th Stimulus Check: See if You Qualify for $1,200 Direct One-Time Payments in Days

Tens of thousands of Americans will receive another wave of $1,200 stimulus checks in the coming days.

The Golden State I (GSS I) and Golden State Stimulus II (GSS II) programmes, which began in 2021, will provide eligible California residents with up to $1,100 and $1,200, respectively.

The state issued over 62,000 stimulus checks in March as a result of these measures.

Since the start of the year, California has distributed 12.9 million stimulus checks.

The California Franchise Tax Board, according to The Sun, has processed “fewer than 10,000” returns.

The remainder of the stimulus payments will be distributed “around the middle” of this month.
